VA seeking Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Enterprise Program Management Office

The Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary (ADAS) for Enterprise Program Management Office is located within IT Development and Operations, Office of Information and Technology. The ADAS will direct all aspects of the portfolio and project management process, providing strategic leadership in the areas of managing national level IT project prioritization, portfolio balancing, and resource allocation.

The Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary for Enterprise Program Management Office reports to the Deputy Assistant Secretary, IT Development and Operations, in the Office of Information and Technology. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary provides governance and support of business and technology projects via the Program Management Office function.
  • The Associate Deputy Assistant Secretary is responsible for all program/project management and software development and monitoring key information, tracking status and risks, to improve project execution.
