RFI: VA Automated Acquisition Management System (AAMS) to Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System (Momentum) Integration

VA has issued an RFI to meet its requirements for the Automated Acquisition Management System (AAMS) to Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System (Momentum) Integration services.

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition, Logistics, and Construction (OALC), Enterprise Acquisition Systems Service (EAS) requires an integration between the current Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) and the VA’s Integrated Financial and Acquisitions Management System (iFAMS).

The Contractor shall provide project management, requirements capture, business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of an interface between Automated Acquisition Management Solution (AAMS), the core Commercial-Off-the -Shelf (COTS) component of eCMS, and iFAMS (Momentum) to support the implementation of the financial portion of iFAMS.

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) shall be limited to integration between the core Commercial-Off-the -Shelf (COTS) component of eCMS, Distributed Solution Incorporated’s (DSI) Automated Acquisition Management Solution (AAMS) and iFAMS (Momentum) to support the implementation of the financial portion of iFAMS with as little disruption to VA’s current acquisition functionality as possible.
