After seeing GAO side with C2C Innovative Solutions, Inc. (C2C) this past summer on a protest related to the issuance of a task order to MAXIMUS to provide reconsideration of denials of Medicare claims related to durable medical equipment, a fresh protest has been filed with GAO this week by C2C. C2C had been identified as an incumbent on a recent CMS forecast. The listed due date for a decision by GAO is now February 27, 2019.
