Greg Rankin recently joined Veterans Affairs where he will bring his more than 22 years of IT experience, including most recently serving as Chief of Enterprise Operations to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), to his new role as ITOPS Service Management Office (SMO) Director. Mr. Rankin spent the last 10 years leading and directing major IT Service Management (ITSM) initiatives for USCIS and the Department of Homeland Security, to include successfully launching ITSM tools for both agencies, and managing the migration of ServiceNow in support of the enterprise IT systems for USCIS.
