VA posts RFI for Prosthetics Graphical User Interface Overlay Enhanced Training

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has currently deployed a Logistics and Prosthetics Graphical User Interface (GUI) Overlay to Veterans Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA) for users at 141 VA Medical Centers (VAMC) and a training instance at the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy (VAAA).  This Logistics and Prosthetics GUI Overlay was installed and trained at all VAMCs between August 2016 thru July 2017. Since then, many current users and potential additional users have requested advanced training and a need for continual training for the Above PAR (APAR) and Advanced Prosthetics Acquisition Tool (APAT) applications.

The Contractor shall analyze the current Logistics and Prosthetics GUI Training Plan and shall provide recommendations for super-user training. The Contractor shall then formalize a new Logistics and Prosthetics Training Plan based on the Government’s acceptance of some or all the Contractor’s recommendations. The Contractor shall create a super-user training course based on the training plan and shall conduct 32 face-to-face, instructor-led training classes (16 for APAR and 16 for APAT)…
