After spending the past year as Acting Branch Chief, former HHS IT Specialist and Federal PMO Lead Christine Turner, who led the upgrade to Oracle Release 12 for four HHS Accounting Centers in the areas of General Ledger, Grants, Budget Execution, and SLA, has been named HHS Program Support Center Branch Chief.
