Ed Keller, a contracting and acquisition expert with diverse experience leading and advising acquisition teams in fast-paced, challenging environments and a subject matter expert in the Federal Acquisition (FAR) and Defense Acquisition (DFAR) Regulations, competitive source selection and sole source negotiations, acquisition strategy, policy development and implementation, has been named the new Associate Executive Director, Procurement Policy, Oversight & Systems, VA.
