The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) intends to award a hybrid firm-fixed price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) contract for third-party audit or certification of any system used to electronically prescribe controlled substances or to dispense medications pursuant to electronically transmitted controlled substance prescriptions. The Contractor provide services, materials, and the equipment required to conduct the certification test and to provide certification test support during the period of performance for this contract.
