The Network 10 Contracting Office intends to solicit as a Small Business Set Aside for Medication Reconciliation (Med-Rec) Tool Software Support Services for all Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10 Sites located in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana (11 sites and 30 CBOCs) for the period of November 1, 2018 thru October 31, 2019 with four (4) option years, exercisable at the Government’s discretion.
The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about October 15, 2018.
