Michael Trail will apply his extensive experience to his new role as Senior Capture Manager with GovernmentCIO where he will be accountable for growth and responsible for Capture Management of services solution pursuits with the company’s US Government Civilian Agency accounts specifically focused on Federal Healthcare and the Department of Veteran Affairs (T4NG).
