VA Northern California Health Care System is seeking sources for IT programming services to develop a SAS database for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Interested contractors must demonstrate the following qualifications when responding to this notice:
- Expert knowledge of the VA Patient Centered Management Module (PCMM) and Reengineered PCMM (RPCMM) data.
- Familiar with data cleaning to remove duplicate records and resolve discrepancies that arise from raw data files.
- Expertise in statistical programming using SAS code.
- Master’s degree in statistics with extensive experience and knowledge of biostatistics.
- Extensive experience in using SAS statistical program.
- Experience in analyzing data on VA primary care assignments.
VA will determine whether there are enough qualified vendors to set aside in the upcoming solicitation.
