VA issues sources sought for Custom IT Programming for SAS database

VA Northern California Health Care System is seeking sources for IT programming services to develop a SAS database for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Interested contractors must demonstrate the following qualifications when responding to this notice:

  1. Expert knowledge of the VA Patient Centered Management Module (PCMM) and Reengineered PCMM (RPCMM) data.
  2. Familiar with data cleaning to remove duplicate records and resolve discrepancies that arise from raw data files.
  3. Expertise in statistical programming using SAS code.
  4. Master’s degree in statistics with extensive experience and knowledge of biostatistics.
  5. Extensive experience in using SAS statistical program.
  6. Experience in analyzing data on VA primary care assignments.

VA will determine whether there are enough qualified vendors to set aside in the upcoming solicitation.

Response are due by August 10, 2018.
