VA, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Patient Centered Care & Cultural Transformation (OPCC&CT) has defined a clear vision and roadmap to proactively empower and equip users in better engaging in and managing their health and well-being known as Whole Health.
VA OPCC&CT seeks a mobile solution to enable all users (regardless of whether care is received within VA or commercially) to navigate the comprehensive array of currently available VA tools, resources and capabilities that support the Whole Health System. The OPCC&CT is seeking a mobile application that is iOS and Android compatible and accessible via the Internet.
The scope of work includes Whole Health Mobile app development, implementation and configuration, and maintenance. Maintenance includes such things as bug fixes, operating system updates and new phone layouts (like the iPhone X).
The period of performance (PoP) shall be a 12-month base period to include six months for development, implementation, configuration, deployment and six months for maintenance with two 12-month option periods to provide annual software updates, enhancements and maintenance.
An optional task is included for additional sprint cycles for development of additional functionality or enhancements. This optional task includes six one-month sprint cycles for a total of six months.
