Mel Baxter, whose 30 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) Military Health System (MHS) and Defense Health Agency (DHA) combines a unique mix of medical functional expertise as a Navy Pharmacy officer, and 25 years of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) information systems experience, has joined Deep Water Point as an MHS Consultant.
