HHS issued an RFP for a work effort to secure professional, technical and administrative support for Head Start and Early Head Start grantees through high quality programmatic, grants management, administrative and technical analysis services to support the Region V, Regional Office staff. The tasks involved include: Project Kick-Off Writing, Information and Records Management, Program Management Support, Grants Management and Administrative support.
The period of performance begins is a base year with four option years, beginning November 1, 2018. The work will be conducted in the Regional Office in Chicago. This is a small business set aside of $15M.
Responses are due by August 21, 2018.
