FDA has issued a J&A to PwC as the contractor who previously designed and configured FDA’s IBAPS system for the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition that is similar to its current requirements for CBER and is within the scope of a current BPA and associated orders awarded to PwC under FSS BPA HHSF223016003.
Noting that the Child Integrated Budget Acquisition and Planning System is critically needed by CBER, several modules must be active in advance of FY19.
Out year maintenance and enhancements will be redirected to the re-competition of the Agency level BPA due to be awarded towards the end of FY2018.
