VA issues sources sought for National Center for Organization Development (NCOD) Strategic Support

VA has issued a sources sought seeking a contractor to provide strategic support in the design and implementation of an enhanced engagement strategy to include assisting with development of programs to further VHA National Center for Organization Development (NCOD)’s ability to support employee engagement throughout the Department; study and analysis support to identify and capture leading practices with a plan to disseminate across VA; change management and transition support in the integration of change management principles that aligns with VA’s use of Prosci methodology into the implementation plans for the Engagement and Communication Strategies; and performance management measurement support in developing and updating existing metrics to assess impact of NCOD work, indicators and supporting data, which ensure integration and alignment with other VA accountability and measurement systems. NCOD will utilize these services to support the continued development and implementation of a VA-wide Employee Engagement Strategy with a requisite Change Management Plan.
