VHA EES requires an existing, available and tested eLearning SaaS that allows for the completion of 45 new eLearning projects and 120 new eLearning modules per year and the following elements to support rapid eLearning design, development and implementation that supports and complies with VA enterprise systems.
The purpose of this contract is to provide for consistency and continuity of government project management, review and deliverables across multiple VA organizations. This continuity and consistency will be provided through the component services and sub component services.
