VA has issued an RFI related to Improved Veteran Experience through use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The Contractor shall provide a complete AI solution using a cloud-based, software-as-a-service (SaaS) service model. The Contractor shall install, configure, train, and maintain the AI solution in the VA Enterprise Cloud (VAEC). The Contractor shall also provide project management services, engineering services, training, and help desk support.
The Base Period shall be 12 months from date of award. The Period of Performance (PoP) shall contain four 12-month option periods, if exercised. The total TO PoP shall not exceed 60 months.
Responses are due by July 16, 2018.
