A successful candidate will also have excellent knowledge of the Federal Healthcare Ecosystem, Policy, Budget Cycles and Client Intimacy. This role requires strong communications skills and executive presence. Proficiency in developing channel & client relationships, identifying & closing new business, developing thought leadership with industry content as well as a visionary outlook in Public Service are required.
Required experience includes: selling Public Service Consulting to Federal Healthcare clients (HHS, CMS, VA/MHS and/or SSA) or exp working at one of these clients; 5+ years of experience of Business Development, Capture, Consulting and Delivery of Consulting Services; 5+ years of business process re-engineering at an Exec. Level; 5+ years of Business Operations at an Executive level; 5+ years of developing Exec. level relationships, with prior experience in the identification, development and closure of Public Service sales efforts; 5+ years of guiding/facilitating Exec.level business decisions and performing business analysis such as quantitative and qualitative analysis, business case development and operations analysis; 5+ years of generating pipeline in the Federal Space, with know of the budget and strategic outcomes for the Fed.
