Hendall Inc. is currently seeking an experienced professional to lead all aspects of proposal management. The candidate will work together with capture, writing, technical, and management team members to develop compelling proposals in response to Federal Requests for Proposals and other types of solicitations, and specifically, will write technical proposal sections utilizing domain knowledge of health and HHS agencies and subject matter expertise in the areas of information technology and communications.
