“Engility is seeking a Capture Management leader to focus on our growing Medical Portfolio which supports the Military Health System (MHS). Working as part of the Defense and Security Group (DSG) the Capture Manager will support growth within a wide customer range including Defense Health Agency (DHA), Health and Human Services (HHS), Service Level Medical Programs (DoD Health) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The position reports to the Vice President of Growth – Defense and Security Group (DSG) via the CBRNE, Health, and Security (CHS) Division Growth Director. Ultimately, the Capture Manager is responsible for directing and managing one (1) to four (4) key pursuits with values that can exceed $200M, assuming primary ownership and accountability for the proposed solution maturation through the Corporate Capture Management Processes to include teaming and price to win strategies for compliant and compelling offers.
