8(a) STARS and CIO-SP3 SB Prime, Concept Plus seeks Growth Exec to focus on HHS

The BDM role is accountable for achieving pipeline, sales, and business development efficiency results that meet or exceed assigned targets. The BDM is responsible for identifying and engaging on strategic opportunities, developing new clients, and driving new capabilities into their target accounts. The BDM is expected to continuously learn and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Concept Plus offerings and services, financial drivers and constraints, and develop and maintain both industry and customer relationships that benefit the company. The role includes an individual sales contributor target comprising pipeline qualification and sales achievement, as well as cross-organizational development contributions. This position will provide Business Development support to the Federal Civilian accounts within Concept Plus, LLC.

Basic qualifications include: 4+ years of successful sales experience as Business Development Manager in the federal marketplace, including supporting Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS) and sub agencies; 4+ years of experience using formal sales capture processes; 4+ years of experience working with or selling to HHS preferable; 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Consulting Services, Business Process Outsourcing, or Information Technology solutions, services, and markets including knowledge of competitive offerings… Read the full job description here.
