Ricardo Villarreal, who spent almost a decade as a US Army Reserve Health Services Administrator and most recently served as Chief, Performance Improvement at Brooke Army Medical Center, has taken on a new role as Project Manager for VHA’s Procurement and Logistics Office where he will develop performance metrics to measure the quality and effectiveness of the VHA supply chain.
