VA issues sources sought for eLearning SaaS Design and Development

VA has issued a sources sought for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Employee Education System (EES) which requires an existing, available and tested eLearning SaaS that allows for the completion of 45 new eLearning projects and 120 new eLearning modules per year and the following elements to support rapid eLearning design, creation and implementation that supports and complies with VA enterprise systems.
