VA issues sources sought for Development of Educational Training Website

VA has issued a sources sought in support of the North Texas VA Medical Center which has requirement for a Learning Management System (LMS) or Educational Training Website for Research Rehabilitation and Development (RR&D) Clinical Project. This Research project will require an Educational Training Website or Learning Management System (LMS) that will be designed to target individuals with relatively limited experience using computers, and/or likely have no computer experience at all. The system should be designed to be user friendly, and very easy to maneuver and access needed information. This system must have a coded login and password for each participant.

The Contractor will be solely responsible for all aspects of the LMS/ Educational Website development, implementation and configuration, execution, and hosting of this site.
