VA has issued an RFI in support of its Workforce Management and Consulting (WMC) which requires contractor support in the design, development and deployment of a media platform, which can be fully operated by VA personnel. The platform is required to facilitate WMC leadership s dissemination of urgent topics and routine messaging to customers across the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The VA is seeking a potential contractor to provide all labor, supervision and all other resources required to deliver the media communications platform and its integration into other VA communications forum. The contractor shall have knowledge and expertise in media communications design, development, and deployment; information systems, web-based communications technology, target audience messaging.
Upon its deployment, the WMC media platform shall be fully operational and autonomous that is, the government will have the ability to sustain the platform, including the entry of new topics and information, and the ability to update the design of the platform as required. The Contractor shall have also delivered at least 4 cycles (weekly) of a finished product that includes content as directed by WMC leadership and refined by the Contractor after consultation with WMC subject matter experts.
The Government anticipates issuing a Task Order or Contract with one (1) contractor. Exact items, quantities and delivery requirements will be identified in the Request for Quotation.
