VA issues RFI for MyHealtheVet Capabilities Enhancement Master Cloud

VA has issued and RFI to meet its requirement for a fully operational MHV Cloud by September 27, 2018. This shall be at a new Contractor-provided location that is fully functional.

The Contractor shall provide all technical services, equipment, and operational support for all MHV environments to include:

  1. Technical support for all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the MHV production (to include Healthy Living Assessment (HLA)) SM and non-production environments (Pre-production, Development).
  2. Obtain Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a Service Provider to host MHV Master Cloud in a FedRAMP Federal Information Security Management (FISMA) HIGH accredited facility.
  3. Provide uninterrupted availability and continuity of operations (COOP) for all existing MHV applications, features, and services in the MHV production environment.

The period of performance (PoP) shall be one 6-month base period with three (3) twelve (12) month option periods.
