VA has issued a notice that it intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to International Business Machines (IBM), for further development of the IBM owned Technology Based Companion for Transitioning Service Members and Veterans, referred to as the “GRIT mobile application”, to support VA’s Office of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. The period of performance is six months from date of award.
This notification shall close on June 25, 2018.
