RFI: VA seeks Electronic Contract Management System Support Services

VA has issued an RFI seeking Tier 1 Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) Support Services for its Office of Procurement, Acquisition and Logistics (OPAL).

The use of the Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) is a mandatory requirement for all acquisitions over $3,000.00. Based on the mandatory requirement for the use of eCMS, OPAL has a requirement for Tier 1 eCMS support services to assist the acquisition workforce in the use of eCMS.

Based on the use of eCMS, all OPAL organizations require support services for a broad range of eCMS actions that shall include training and user support, application administration, and reporting.

The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be 12 months from date of award, with four (4) 12-month option periods.

Responses are due by June 29, 2018.
