VA issues solicitation for Performance Management and Control

VA has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation seeking a “Contractor who shall provide PM&C services to support all sites deployed with VetLink kiosks. The Contractor shall provide performance management tools, such as dashboards, collect data, perform analysis, and provide reports for all sites as part of its support to the VPS Project Manager (PM) and other VA stakeholders. The Contractor shall support post deployment visits to sites that are underperforming at the discretion of the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and PM. The Contractor shall perform site evaluations and improvement discussions with these sites. In addition, the Contractor shall provide thermal paper for all deployed kiosks.”

“The period of performance shall be six months from date of award with three, 12-month options and an additional six-month option, for a total of 48 months.  Any work at the Government site shall not take place on Federal holidays or weekends unless directed by the Contracting Officer (CO).”

Responses are due by June 6, 2018.
