VA has issued a source sought to identify a contractor to deliver viable digital solutions, specifically an Enterprise Self Service solution that would allow Veterans, Veteran Service Officers, and service members to file Decision Ready Claims (DRC).
The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be nine months including six months to complete all DRC development work and three months for warranty support. The overall POP shall not exceed 18 months.
Responses are due by April 30, 2018.
