VA has issued a combined synopsis/ solicitation related to Lean Consulting Services required for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System.
VAPAHCS requires expert consultant services in the areas of executive coaching for organizational performance, development, deployment, and management of strategic initiatives, and maturation of the existing lean management system. Consultants must be flexible to adapt to changing needs of the healthcare system and potential changes to the SIM roadmap. The contractor will provide hands-on technical and behavioral training and mentoring to advance SIM. This is accomplished via an Executive Level Sensei and a Mid-Level Sensei.
