VA issues RFI for Emergency and Alerting Accountability System

VA has issued an RFI seeking a contractor to “provide, test, deploy, and maintain/sustain a cloud-based enterprise-wide EAAS (Emergency and Alerting Accountability System). Contractor development shall include VA database interface and VANS data migration. The Contractor shall provide maintenance which includes help desk assistance and user training. The Contractor project support shall include a Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), communications, marketing, and documentation reports. The Contractor cloud-based enterprise-wide EAAS shall be Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FEDRAMP) moderate, Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM)/Federal Information System Management Act (FISMA), and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) compliant.”

Reponses are due by April 9, 2018.
