Microsoft seeks Veterans Affairs Account Delivery Executive

“The Account Delivery Executive (ADE) is responsible for the overall customer experience of Services, identifying customer needs and managing the delivery services (consulting and premier) to exceed their expectations. The ADE manages a virtual team of delivery resources (Consulting and Premier) and oversees monitoring of key performance indicators to ensure a healthy and growing business. Embodying the One Microsoft spirit, the ADE teams with Sales, Operations and Resource Management roles to execute a winning strategy with positive outcomes for our customers, partners, our employees and our business.”

“The role requires a strong leader who is resourceful, confident under pressure, has demonstrated knowledge of strategies and roadmaps to accelerate transition to the cloud, and has a track record and can leverage direct experience working with Veterans Affairs and other Civilian Government Healthcare agencies to deliver complex, end-to-end IT solutions to achieve customer mission goals.”

The qualified candidate will have “10+ years of experience leading senior technical professionals within the US federal government with preference for candidates with demonstrable experience directly with the Dept of Veterans Affairs; strong familiarity with Microsoft products is preferred, with specific knowledge of the Azure, BI, and D365 technologies and capabilities, and their integration with application development, in order to successfully deploy solutions to users…” Read the full job description here.
