HHS has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is to obtain professional, technical and administrative support for Head Start and Early Head Start grantees through the provision of high quality programmatic, grants management, administrative and technical analysis services. This procurement supports federal staff who oversee Head Start and Early Head Start grants, Early Head Start – Child Care Partnership grants (EHS-CCP), and Head Start State Collaboration grants which are administered by the Office of Head Start Region 10 in Seattle, WA.
Among the tasks listed under the solicitation are Information and Records Management; Information Systems Support; Program and Performance Analysis; Monitoring Systems Support; Issues Tracking and Analysis; and Systems Integration and Improvement.
Responses are due by May 31, 2018.
