HHS has issued a $33.5M contract to BCFS Health and Human Services. The original solicitation was to “requirement is to secure services of a contractor to assume the current hotline numbers and maintain a National Call Center and Sexual Abuse Hotline to provide child welfare community-based referrals, post release service referrals, crisis intervention, and safety planning to eligible Unaccompanied Alien Children Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) and children formerly in an ORR care provider. The contractor will receive calls from various parties, gather information via phone interviews, and make reports to ORR, state, and local authorities.”
