VMWare recently made two senior additions to their Federal Health growth team. They first added Dave Lessa, to serve as a Client Executive supporting the US Department of Veterans Affairs and they have also picked up Francisco Rubio-Bertrand to lead Defense Health Agency growth and strategy.
