VA plans bridge task order related to Sustainment of FCMT, FBSR and VTA

VA has issued a Fair Opportunity/Limited Source Justification Authority related to a bridge for the Sustainment of FCMT, FBSR, and VTA.

“The proposed action is for a firm-fixed price (FFP) Task Order (TO) for a 90-day period of performance in order to continue providing operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the Federal Case Management Tool (FCMT), Veterans Tracking Application (VTA), and Fiduciary Beneficiary System Replacement (FBSR) applications.”

“The proposed action is to provide the following operations and maintenance services for all three of the above applications: Configuration Management, Application Maintenance, Trouble Ticket Evaluation, Software Repair, Software Testing, Software Release, Interface Maintenance, Information Security Analysis, Security Management, and Application Training. This TO will provide a bridge between the current Sustainment of FCMT, FBSR, and VTA TO (VA118-11-D-1008 / VA118-1008-0071), which currently expires on March 25, 2018, and three new competitively awarded TOs for sustainment. The new TOs are anticipated to be awarded no later than May 25, 2018.”
