VA has issued an RFI related to Intake, Conversion and Mail Handling Services for the National Cemetery Administration.
“The scope of this PWS includes paper mail and fax processing services including receipt and conversion, indexing of resulting mail images, extracted data elements, and upload of mail images with associated metadata to the NCA DMHS. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the requirements described in this PWS in a defined, accurate, timely, reliable, measurable, and fiscally responsible manner that protects the interests of VA. This includes all labor to meet the requirements of this PWS.”
Responses are due by March 16, 2018.
