Health IT solutions provider Cognosante is seeking a “Capture Manager with a focus on opportunities within the Department of Health and Human Services HHS and its Operational Divisions including but not limited to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, National Institutes of Health, US Food & Drug Administration and Administration for Community Living. The Capture Manager ensures effective management and reporting of all phases of opportunity capture for government health IT bid opportunities. He/she coaches and oversees the capture management activities and outputs for strategic pursuits throughout the company.
