As part of a joint press release Tuesday morning, CSRA reaffirmed their decision to go with General Dynamics’ offer, while they did amend and increase the price paid a bit. This has not reached bidding war territory yet, but many will be keeping a close eye on the situation to see if CACI makes another run at this. Read more here.
