VA intends to award sole source contract for VetLink Kiosks Operations and Maintenance Services

VA has issued a notice of its intent to award a sole source contract to Vecna Technologies, Inc. related to operations management, capacity planning and management, and associated operation and maintenance support services to the VPS Program.

The Contractor shall provide support for all VetLink kiosks, hardware, and software the VA has deployed to the field and has in storage which will include approximately 4,600 freestanding kiosks, 1,050 desktop kiosks, 500 wall mounted kiosks, as well as 475 digital signs, 320 servers, 325 queueing devices, and devices to the 161 VA Medical Centers (VAMCs) and their Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).  installed at the 161 Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) and 667 Community-Based Outpatient Centers (CBOCs) throughout VA.
