Located in Washington, the “DCIO serves as the lead IT executive and represents OI&T on all strategic sourcing initiatives and actions. The DCIO is responsible and accountable for the effective, planning, management and execution of end-to-end. The scope of Strategic Sourcing organization led by this executive includes all OI&T personnel currently working in any OI&T pillar with acquisitions, acquisition support, supplier relationship management, supplier management or vendor management responsibilities. The DCIO is responsible for establishing the right organizational structure, driving a focused culture through performance targets, and ensuring the Strategic Sourcing organization has the right person in the right role, based on their skills and competencies.”
