NIH has issued a Sources Sought related to a 5-year task to provide analytical and technical support services in support of the IOD, IODD, OPPE, and OSED. Specific tasks include: Development and maintenance of databases and systems to assist program planning, monitoring, and evaluation, and technical assistance with analysis and reporting of program strategies and initiatives.”
