Grants Management and Public Health IT specialist, Synectics to add Capture Executive

“The Capture Manager will support the growth initiatives of Synectics with an emphasis on capture activities to successfully qualify and mature opportunities through successful award for a mid-sized federal government contractor. A successful candidate will have some focus on the business development activities in support of account planning and opportunity generation in the health and science community with an emphasis, and demonstrated success, HHS (to include CMS and/or NIH), National Science Foundation, and the Defense Health Agency. The primary focus for the candidate will be for end-to-end capture management of pursuits to include entire bid lifecycle (win theme development/refinement, bid strategy, pricing, teaming, competitive analysis and Blackhats, solution development, color team reviews, and proposal activities through and including contract award).

The candidate must have a strong business development background in professional and technology services and solutions and proven success in developing business in the federal marketplace.
