Director-Government Services Operations
This position will provide leadership by driving engagement results, managing client relationships, participating in the management resources and supporting business development opportunities. This position has oversight for projects of all sizes and durations, which includes accountability for the quality of results, project profitability, and customer satisfaction. Delivers consulting services and will supervise and develop staff including performance management. Serves as subject matter expert on projects as needed. This position will also participate in sales and business development activities and be responsible for managing a part of the business.
In this position, the candidate will lead teams and projects, assisting leadership in providing strategic, analytic and technical consulting services to Federal clients.
Major Accountabilities
- Business Development – identify and define potential and/or current issues, determine the facts, draw valid conclusions, and exercise discretion and sound judgment in making specific recommendations
- Incorporate appropriate client and Premier resources into client’s work plans; conduct analyses, develop case studies; identify and implement opportunities and solutions and provide customized, actionable recommendation to client’s executives and Premier executives
