LCG, a CIO-SP3 SB, seeks growth executive

LCG is seeking a Health IT Business Development Manager with deep HHS experience. Ideal candidate will focus on developing and managing relationship between LCG and target client by establishing and cultivating key government executives within NIH, CMS, VA and CDC.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, lead, and close new business opportunities
  • Perform market research to qualify new business opportunities, including analysis of customer budgets, capabilities required, current customer preferences, competitive environment assessments, and incumbent strengths and weaknesses.
  • Proposal writing experience
  • Develop and maintain 4x target pipeline on a rolling 18 month basis
  • Coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop market insight on requirements, acquisition strategy, acquisition timing, and contract vehicle choices… Read More.

G2X TAKE: With a broad Federal Health footprint that cuts across nearly every HHS agency and center, this small business is almost assuredly working different strategies to ensure they can recertify as a small this summer, before they work to blow the doors off of the market.

LCG has been one of the more successful primes on CIO-SP3 SB and their dedicated focus on “technology-based consulting services, biomedical research support, grants management, decision analytics, software engineering and IT operations that empower programs with health and science missions and increase their transparency and efficiency” has been a big part of that.

With many of the larger CIO-SP3 SB forced to certify as large, this group, and the growth exec that supports them, stand to benefit as one of the seasoned veterans.
