Chief Innovation Officer at the CMS Innovation Center leaves to join another former CMS Chief

ON THE MOVE: Mai Pham, who most recently served as chief innovation officer at the CMS Innovation Center, has joined the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy, the school announced. She will work on payment and delivery reform with former CMS chief Mark McClellan. At CMMI, Pham oversaw implementation of the alternative payment model provisions of MACRA, including various accountable care organization programs, the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative and Medicare’s end-stage renal disease initiative…
